Why you should consider being a vendor at the Fall Festival…
- We have 120 families associated with our preschool and 200 families attending our church who live in and patronize the areas surrounding Towson, Hunt Valley/Cockeysville and, Lutherville/Timonium.
- We anticipate anywhere from 600 – 1,000 patrons at our second annual Trinity Fall Festival.
- As a vendor at our venue, we will provide a description of your business or merchandise, your logo or a photograph of your wares, and a hyperlink to your website upon request.

Event: Trinity Fall Festival on Saturday, October 1st, 2011 (10 AM – 4 PM)
Description: A fun day out to bring families and Towson area residents together to celebrate fall. A portion of the proceeds from the Festival will benefit Towson area non-profit organizations.

Loading: You may park on Allegheny Avenue while unloading, which is where you will be setting up. You will then need to move your car to a designated parking area no later than 9:00 AM as we will be blocking off that road for the Festival.
Set Up: You can arrive as early as 7:00 AM to begin setting up. Please have your materials unloaded no later than 9:00 AM.
Spaces: Spaces: Spaces (10ft X 10 ft) are available for a $25 non-refundable registration fee and will be located on Allegheny Avenue . If you need additional space, you may need to pay for another spot. You may provide your own table or you may rent one from us for an additional $10 fee, payable when submitting this contract. Note: this is an outdoor event that will be held rain or shine, so please be prepared. We are NOT providing tents.
Proceeds: Additional donations are greatly appreciated and are tax deductible: we suggest 20% of your sales from the day of the Festival. A portion of the proceeds will benefit Towson area non-profit organizations.
Space is limited and your spot will not be guaranteed until we receive your signed contract and registration fee.
